Invitation to Tender – Cartmel

Allithwaite and Cartmel Parish Council invite suitably qualified building contractors to be placed on separate Tender Lists to rebuild the Riverside Toilets (circa £120,000) and the Fish Slabs and Pinnacle (circa £25,000) in Cartmel.

It is anticipated tender documents will be available late September for return October 2021 with envisaged completion dates in the summer of 2022.

Would any company interested in either or both contracts please submit their details to the Parish Clerk who will then supply a pre tender form for completion and return.
